Tony Traguardo presents a unique look at the music of the 1960s with an eye towards how it affected – and was affected by – the popular culture of the times. The course lectures will be highlighted and augmented by rarely seen footage and audio segments that connect the music and performers of the 60s to the ever -changing fashion, politics, and social mores of what may have been the most exciting decade of the last century. Tony is a music historian, archivist, and a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Long Island Music Hall of Fame.
